• I Love Fantasy Football

Disregard all my previous comments regarding Fantasy Football (I hate Fantasy Football!), itֳ truly a wonderful game. This statement clearly shows how fickle I am and I donִ really care (I have been called much worse).

I had a good week top-scoring in PhysioRoom.comֳ Fantasy Football league with 67 points. Moving up to sixth place from last weekֳ ninth.ʠMany thanks must go to Sergio Aguero who scored 26 points (as captain). Emmanuel Adebayor seems to have been an inspired choice with three goals in two games too. Michel Vorm is proving to be a great little bargain scoring eight points and heֳ still only valued at ô.1m. David Silva showing once again that he is the king of assists with another assist for Sergio Aguero at Craven Cottage. David Silva is in 35% of teams. What I want to know is – who are the people who donִ have him in their teams!?!ʠI suppose I canִ be too hypocritical as I donִ have the top-scoring player of the game, Wayne Rooney, in my team.ʠAshley Young also continued his glorious early season form with a seven point haul.

Obviously, things didnִ all go my way as I have Nathan Dyer and Chris Smalling on my bench who both scored eight points apiece. My defence scored a whole three points between them too. The choice to bring in Matt Jarvis wasnִ particularly impressive either. I֭ tempted to swap him for Sean Wright-Phillips or Adel Taarabt as QPR look a very exciting team at the moment. I֭ also very tempted to swap Samir Nasri of Manchester City for Juan Mata of Chelsea. I shall be waiting for an update of PhysioRoom.comֳ English Premier League Injury Table before making any rash decisions. See my points for this game week below.

Thomas Heys has rocketed to the top of the table from fourth place. He had David Silva, Sergio Aguero, Ashley Young and the in-form Gabriel Agbonlahor. Unfortunately for Thomas he didnִ make Sergio Aguero his captain (I can confirm I am not going for the world record mentions of the aforementioned son in law of Diego Maradona).

ӈaplessӠDave Anderson continues to be the bridesmaid and never the bride. Once again, sitting in second place scoring a miserable 30 points this week. Down in part to the fact he has both Ivan Klasnic and Charlie Adam in his team who were both sent off this week.

David Gent still owns the strongest team in the league scoring an almighty 33 points. He has Nani in his team but only as vice-captain.ʠHis captain for this week scored only two points.

My colleague Jeff Whitfield also had a pitiful week with his back five scoring an outstanding five points between them. He brought in Nicklas Bendtner (on my recommendation) this week who scored him five points.ʠI think I֭ one of three people in the world who love Nicklas Bendtner. His sheer arrogance and unwavering self belief are as astonishing as his old pink boots. My favourite footballer is obviously Mario Balotelli. I֤ explain why but this blog would turn into a novel.

The big injury this week was for Hugo Rodallega. Unfortunately itֳ looking like he֬l be out for up to three months with a knee injury. There isnִ much news emanating from Old Trafford as yet on Javier Hernandez after the Өorror tackleӠfrom Ashley Cole. Hopefully it will be good news for the Ӭittle peaӮ PhysioRoom.com will let you know first via our Twitter page @physioroom. Manchester United now top both the English Premier League and PhysioRoom.comֳ English Premier League Injury Table.
