  • How do I speak to customer services?

  • How do I access my account?

  • If you have created an account you can log into your account here. You will be able to view your orders, print invoices and VAT receipts, arrange returns, track deliveries and change your details.

  • How do I make a complaint?

  • We are very sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied. We will make every effort to resolve your complaint within 28 days of receiving. Please email [email protected] and we will follow our complaints procedure. Please feel free to contact customer services for more information.

  • How do I get a VAT receipt?

  • If you require a VAT invoice or receipt, simply log into your account here and follow the options to view your orders and print VAT information.

  • Do you have a shop or showroom?

  • Unfortunately we don’t have a shop or showroom. We aim to have all the information available to customers online to help with their purchase. If you need any assistance, don’t hesitate to contact customer services.

  • How are my details kept safe a secure?

  • We use a server certificate (also known as a digital certificate) to assure you of our identity and secure sockets layer (SSL) to encrypt data transmissions of any sensitive data.   • Do you offer voucher codes?

  • We do run marketing campaigns and offers from time to time which may have voucher codes. These will be specific and for the intended recipient. Eligibility can be found at check out or by contacting customer services.

  • Can you send me a brochure?

  • Unfortunately we don’t have brochures. All our products are available to view online. We update all our products to make sure they are current and in line with the latest technology, so it wouldn’t be possible to keep a brochure up to date.

  • What currency do you accept?

  • We accept payment in British Pound Sterling (£). If you require payment in another currency please contact customer services for further information.

  • What if I am a disabled person?

  • If you are registered to receive goods or services zero rated for VAT we can offer a refund on your VAT. You should consult notice 701/7 VAT reliefs for disabled people available at or contact the National Advice Service on 0845 010 9000 for information.
