• The Catalyst Conference is Fast Approaching

On the 17th – 18th May 2011 I’ll be joining a host of e-commerce and channel advisor technology experts to speak about the power of social media.

ChannelAdvisorֳ Catalyst 2011 will kick start bright and early on Tuesday morning at London’s Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel, and it promises to be an action packed day.

There will be three hours of workshops before the main event, a conference which will run from the afternoon into the evening. And this is where I’ll be speaking. From 4.45pm – 5.30pm I shall be amongst three other companies and their representatives (Peter Briffett, MD, LivingSocial UK, Ireland and Holland; Richard Wilson, Sales & Operations Manager, B&Q and Natalie Primus, Online PR & Social Media Executive, Republic) to talk about ‘Driving Sales using Twitter and Facebook’.

As the Brand Manager for PhysioRoom.com I’ll be sharing my own insight on the phenomenons of these two social networks and what they mean us and our customers.

Being the UK’s most visited sports injuries website, PhysioRoom.com has an important role to play in the world of e-commerce, with a well established presence on Google, Facebook, Amazon, Twitter and Ebay.

I’m a regular guest speaker on Talksport Radio, where I discuss the major injuries of the day but this is my first Catalyst event on the stage.

    Wish me well!
