• All Star League РWeek Three

Only three games into the new EPL season and the first International break calls a halt to proceedings giving us a chance to reflect on what was and hopefully what will be! Overall an average week compared to our previously high standards and with Chelsea on Super Cup duty messrs #Hazard #Torres duly recorded a Վull and Voidՠcontribution.

Katie Edwards and her Սars Barsՠprovided the second highest score of the week keeping the girls within touching distance of a Top Five spot with our very own Stuart ՇeorgeՠMills getting the BLOOPER award for an embarrassing 11 points РCall yourself an expert young man? However fellow PhysioRoom.com compadre Pete Lilley was close on hand to rack a more than respectable score catapulting his team right back into the mix and saving Ճompany Faceծ

Worryingly (for them anyway) two of our more high profile *Stars* Warren Barton and Mick Ferry seem to be safe in the knowledge that the bottom is where its all happening, despite @MickFerry promising an upturn in fortunes. Not quite the birthday present you were looking for this week fella, nevertheless a happy 44th J !

Rob Farris is the new league leader, a very very very lucky day at the office after knocking yours truly from his perch. A solid performance by *flicks through his notes* the Man United supporting 30-year-old from Surrey, make the most of it Չ will be backՠ. Claire Knight continues her amazing free fall as predicted back on week one. Other notable movers – Adam Richman eats up the ground between himself and the leader grabbing second spot with short lived pole from last week Neil Sherwin @bpfootball slipping to fourth. All Star entrant Tim Smith hovers ominously in the background ready to pounce with Gonzalo following close behind.

A quick weekend injury round-up ɠWe wish Neil Taylor of Swansea a speedy recovery, the full-back dislocated and fractured his ankle in three places effectively ruling him out for the remainder of the season. We also encountered the usual glut of pre-International minor knocks before the World Cup qualifiers but would expect most on the whole to be fit and ready for selection. Balotelli has surgery to correct an eye problem and SAF spews at the FA for revealing the Ashley Young knee problem prior to the game against Southampton Չ will not make the same mistake againծ

Until the next time … Adios Amigos
