Although thinner than neoprene, the compressive design of the Ultimate Performance Advanced Ultimate Compression Elastic Ankle Support provides a staged progressive level of support above that of the Ultimate Compression Elastic Ankle Support (UP5155) already in the range.

It is ideal for those who are allergic to neoprene or latex, or who simply dislike the bulk and/or heat generation often associated with those materials.

When can I use it?

  • To provide support to an unstable ankle
  • To assist with rehabilitation and recovery from load-related pain and moderate ligament and tendon injuries

  • Small: 6-8/39-42

How does it work?

This new model has been specifically designed utilising a seamless circular knit to provide compressive support.

The breathable compressive four-way stretch of the material mimics the support and action planes of key ligaments and tendons to reinforce them, targeting the areas most in need of this support.

The compressive element of the material also stimulates blood flow, which can help prevent the build-up of lactic acid both during and following activity, reducing the prospect of cramp and stiffness whilst also being a valuable recovery and rehabilitation tool to injury.

Included in this Advanced model is the cross-over adjustable strap system, which is fully adaptable and allows for additional targeted support and compression to be applied at target or trigger points, whilst also ensuring a comprehensive personalised fit.
