The PhysioRoom Light Ankle Brace Walker is ideal for anyone with a broken foot, ankle or ligament damage. You’ll be able to carry on with your daily tasks like normal in this comfortable ankle boot.
You won’t need to use this when sleeping, you can take it off and rest your foot or ankle when you’re sitting down and you also shouldn’t drive with this on since your range of motion is limited to help the damage heal.
This ankle boot won't allow you to partake in a lot of your normal sporting activities so your physical activities will be reduced whilst your fractured bone heals over a period of time. You'll be able to carry on with your normal activities such as walking. Physical therapy may be needed to help get back your range of movement.
Whilst you're wearing this boot, try wearing athletic shoes or comfortable shoes on your uninjured foot. For a sprained ankle or any other kind of injured foot or type of injury, you might want to try an ankle brace with breathable material that you can place under your shoe.
