What are Sorbothane® Sorbo-Pro Insoles?
Sorbothane® Sorbo-Pro Insoles are motion control insoles that provide extra cushioning and shock absorption across the full surface of the insole. Designed to replace your existing insoles to provide arch support and reduce stress during impact, for the prevention and relief of running related injuries.
When can I use them?
- To control supination, pronation and improve foot biomechanics and alignment

How do they work?
Sorbo-Pro Insoles have a built-in arch support and deep heel that helps to control both supination (uncontrolled roll of the foot outwards during running) and pronation (uncontrolled lowering of the arch during running). This is effective at relieving foot pain, as well as tendonitis, shin pain and knee pain, because excessive supination or pronation can cause Achilles Tendonitis, Shin Splints and Runners Knee.
Sorbothane® is a unique synthetic material that mimics the characteristics of human tissue. Its molecular structure allows it to recover its shape completely after each 'shock' and, used as an insole in footwear, it absorbs 94.7% of the shock waves caused by the heel and forefoot striking a hard surface. This means it reduces muscle fatigue, helps protect weak joints and eases the strains on ligaments and tendons.

I have these in my walking boots and they provide excellent arch support and great comfort.
They are light weight, slim and feel great under foot.

These insoles are very well constructed and give excellent arch support. Am now buying two more pairs so I don't have to swap them between shoes! They have improved my knee condition as soon as I used them
