What is the Gymnic Disc'o'Sport Wobble Cushion?
Large disc shaped air cushion for balance training and rehabilitation. Measures 55cm in diameter.
When can I use it?
- For rehab and balance exercise
- To treat and prevent knee ligament injuries and sprained ankles.
How does it work?
Use a Gymnic Faster Blaster Pump or Gymnic Double Action Power Pump to inflate the Gymnic Disc'o'Sport Wobble Cushion. It can then be used for rehab and balance exercises. One side has anti slip stripes and the other side has small bumps for sensory input to the sole of the foot.
The unpredictable base of support means that you're forced to activate the supporting muscles of your legs and trunk to remain stable. This improves your balance and core stability.
