What are the Ironman Total Support Max Insoles?

These inserts have a more rigid foot stability cradle which provides advanced arch support when compared to the original Ironman Total Support insoles. Featuring a number of benefits the insoles have been designed for athletes who like to participate in a number of different sporting activities :

  • Exclusive 3-Pod cushioning system which promotes improved bio-mechanics and absorbs shock through its multi-density impact zones
  • support cradle with deep heel cupping for comfort throughout the stride
  • Custom EVA layer conforms with normal wear to match the contours of the foot
  • SpenCore forefoot crash pad provides superior cushioning and energy return to the ball-of-foot
  • Forefoot perforations increase flexibility and encourage air flow for lasting comfort
  • Comfortable Metatarsal Dome

When can I use the Ironman Total Support Max Insoles?

The Ironman Insoles can be used straight from the packet, if required use the original insole to trace and trim the Total Support Max Insoles to the appropriate size. For increased motion control, enhanced foot support and a healthy stride from your very first run!

Please Note:

Insoles and heel cups are exempt from the 30 day returns policy if they have been worn.

How do the Ironman Total Support Max Insoles work?

Featuring the SPENCO patented energy dispersion system the insoles will absorb the shock and impact on the heel and forefoot during the landing phase of each and every motion, providing increased comfort and reducing injury incidence rates :

  • metatarsal arch support offloads pressure from the ball-of-foot to help relieve forefoot pain
  • the firmer red pod will limit pronation while the blue pod will help improve gait
  • improved ankle stability
  • a reduction in over-pronation and supination will limit injuries such as plantar fasciitis
  • low-friction antimicrobial covering which helps to prevent blisters and control odour
  • reduce joint fatigue - ankles, knees and hips

“seriously good”

As someone who works on their feet and skateboards at a competitive level for several hours a day these have made such a difference to my feet. the impact protection is amazing and the comfort and arch support are something i haven't found in an insole before. i would recommend them and buy them again.
my plantar fasciitis is in full recovery.
in fact this is the first time in my life i've ever gone out of my way to write a review.

At regular foot care my Chiropodist told me I developed collapsed arch of both feet. from walking long distances by the nature of my job. I followed her advice on my choice of footwear to alleviate the discomfort. Gradually the pain got worse, excruciating and walking became very uncomfortable. I had two pairs of insoles made for me at £190 and £150 respectively but never experienced the comfort I expected. I decided to buy cheap and expensive insoles on my own as self help instead of consulting my GP. Up till last week every step I took was painful and accepted that as my fate.
Finally I bought this insole and used them for a week, The relief is incredible, my knees are still stiff and painful but it is highly recommended. I will buy a second pair in case it goes out of stock.

Excellent service and an equally excellent product . Far cheaper than podiatrist insoles and just as effective . Took a few days for my body to adapt to them but now my leg pain is just about gone !

“I think they're working!”

I bought the Ironman Total Support Insoles online, because my very expensive podiatrist tried to get me to buy the exact same ones from him, but for £150. I may look stupid, but...

My spine is a mess. I'm an old athlete (50+), hyper-mobile, and I did tons of high impact sports, inc. 10m Platform Diving and Ski Jumping. For 6 years I have been unable to walk for more than 10 mins without crumbling into a ball of pain. But now that I have the insoles and I'm following my podiatrist's advice as to how to use my feet correctly, I am able to go out and feel less terrified of walking. Naturally I'm pushing myself, as usual, but I swear I can feel some adjustments going on in my lower back already. Early days. I still carry my walking stick, but not to lean on, just for breaks and emergency balance. But most important - my 'hope' is back. I never though a pair of insoles would get me out of severe depression! This after years and years of chiropractors and osteopaths. None of the fools ever EVER looked at my feet!!

The insoles have proved an excellent purchase, after developing a slight limp following a s troke, the insoles have have helped with my walking, thankyou, I definitely recommend anybody in a similar condition to investigate their suitability.

“Superb product ”

As an under pronator I have suffered with shin splints and tight tendons, been using these insoles for around a week and my running is almost pain free. Can't recommend highly enough, I'll be back for more.

“Great insoles, once you get used to them!”

I bought these insoles to help with ankle pain from over-pronation. The insoles are great, but do take some getting used to. I have no arches at all, so I did find the semi-hard arch support uncomfortable to start with. Having said that, the arch support is the whole idea of the insole, so it is necessary. After wearing them for a few short runs, I am finding them much more comfortable and I now forget I am wearing them. They definitely provide the required support I need and as such they have helped with my ankle pain.

These insoles give my feet advanced support and great comfort,
I now use these in most of my footwear.

“Amazing - strong - just the ticket.”

Wow - I have been told I have over pronation on both feet - I'm a distance running and have had problems which include tight hamstrings - knee aches - and pulled IT bands. Anyone like myself that has been through months of physios and sports massage and been told that their feet over pronate should definitely give these insoles a chance. I spent hundreds of pounds getting specialized fitted insoles from USA, they were too had and made of a plastic covered in a leather material - No good for trainers or distance running. I have always purchased support trainers, again not very good at holding my foot arch on long runs.
These Spenco are amazing - they are tough but very comfortable - I could and can run for hours, my legs knee and feet are trouble free. TRY THEM NOW
