Our calf supports provide runners and athletes with one of the most effective ways to protect and support their lower legs. Calves are put under a lot of pressure during regular sporting activities, absorbing much of the impact from running and jumping. The PhysioRoom Compression Calf Support is the perfect solution, ensuring your calves remain comfortable and compressed so your muscles stay fresh enough to perform to their maximum ability. Our calf supports are black with the option of three label colours, blue, white and yellow.

When can I use it?

• Use the calf support to speed up recovery from a calf injury, or to support the area while exercising
• It's a great way for runners to avoid shin splints and for use in a diverse range of sporting activities

Which size do I need?

Please measure the circumference of the widest part of the calf (A) and the ankle (B).

• Small: A = 30 - 36cm, B = 20 - 23cm
• Medium: A = 34 - 40cm, B = 23 - 26cm
• Large: A = 38 - 44cm, B = 26 - 29cm
• X-Large: A = 42 - 48cm, B = 29 - 32cm

How does it work?

The calf sleeves provide a tight fit and are best put on by rolling the sleeves up into the hand before pulling it over the ankle, then carefully unrolling it up over the lower leg. Once in place the Physioroom Compression Calf Support encourage blood flow movement, which helps to improve the oxygen received by calf muscles, improving performance levels, reducing fatigue and preventing cramps.
