Liverpool winger Sane has been the main point-scorer in his sides impressive start to the season thus far, stepping out of the considerable shadow of Mo Salah as the Reds have soared to a 100% start in the league.
The Senegal international has already tallied four goals this season and is likely to have ample opportunity to add to his haul when Jurgen Klopp’s men welcome Southampton to Anfield on Saturday.
Despite manager Mauricio Sarri predicting it would take at least a few months for his Chelsea side to adapt to his style and hit top form, the Blues find themselves top of the table after five games with a 100% record following their victory over Cardiff at the weekend.
