Knee Straps for Runner's and Jumper's knee

Our range of knee straps are designed to help provide relief from the symptoms of patella tendonitis (jumpers knee) and Osgood Schlatters disease. The patella strap provides adjustable and comfortable compression, while the hook and loop closures adjust for an easy, custom fit. It is also ideal for using during the recovery process following a knee injury and helps to reduce inflammation of the knee joint caused by incorrect patella alignment.

We also have multi-purpose knee straps that uses a combination of upper, lower and side compression to combat pain and discomfort in the knee, while also giving the wearer support and protection against further injuries. The upper and side compression tubes that target misalignment of the knee, help improve patellar tracking, and providing a compressive force targeted above and below the knee cap. Meanwhile, the lower strap and tube within targets and eases patella tendonitis and other knee conditions.

Knee straps provide restraint to the knee cap and surrounding structures which helps to prevent a 'knock kneed' posture, otherwise known as 'squinting patella'. This is important as a knock-kneed posture can increase tension in the Ilio Tibial Band and cause conditions such as Runners Knee. Knee supports that apply pressure to the patella tendon prevents maximum force being transmitted through the tendon. Subsequently, this reduces the strain on the tendon and helps to alleviate symptoms of Jumpers Knee and Osgood Schlatter's Disease.
