A very robust 35cm diameter wooden Wobble Board with an anti-slip top. The Wooden Wobble Board is an aid to regaining balance and restoring a sense of stability in the ankle or knee. It is an essential tool in the rehabilitation of numerous sports injuries, including sprained ankle, knee ligament injuries and cartilage injuries.

When to use it

Following a sprained ankle and ankle surgery, as well as following knee injury and knee surgery. Spending just five minutes each day, balancing on the Wobble Board helps to improve stability in the ankles and knees. This can significantly reduce the risk of re-injury and reduce rehab time following injury.

The Wooden Wobble Board should be used on a non-slip surface. For hard, slippery surfaces, such as a tiled or wooden floor, the use of a gym mat is recommended.
