What is the Vulkan Stabilising Knee Support?
Improves knee stability during sports following cartilage, medial (inside) and lateral (outside) ligament injuries. Has flexible 'spiral stays' and an open kneecap that provide support and ventilation without the restriction of a metal hinge.
When can I use it?
- Ideal for improving knee stability following medial (inside) or lateral (outside) knee ligament injuries.
- Provides stability, support and reassurance following menisci (cartilage) knee injuries.
Which size do I need?
Fits left or right knee.
Measure around the middle of the knee joint. If measurements indicate two different sizes, then choose the larger size.
- Small 30-35cm (12-14")
- Medium 35-40cm (14-16")
- Large 40-45cm (16-18")
- X-Large 45-50cm (18-20")

The Vulkan Stabilising Knee Support also provides soothing heat and compression which can ease knee pain and knee swelling.

PLAYING 5 A SIDE I RIPPED MY CARTLIDGE IN MY RIGHT KNEE.MRI SCAN CONFIRMED THIS AND BAD ARTHRITIS WHICH THEY DID NOT WANT TO OPERATE.ADVISED TO GIVE UP PHYSICAL SPORT.AFTER 6 MONTHS ATTEMPTED TO MAKE COMEBACK BUT BROKE DOWN.ONCE RECOVERED ATTEMPTED AGAIN WITH KNEE SUPPORT AND IT WAS A REVELATION.2 YEARS ON STILL PLAYING AND GIVES ME CONFIDENCE.GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY BUT REMEMBER TO WASH IT EVERY SO OFTEN OR THE WIFF WILL BE HAVING YOU LOSING FRIENDS

Bought this for an old knee injury that I aggravated again just before going for some dry ski slope refresher lessons. Before putting on I could feel the outside ligament on my knee giving a bit of pain and pulling every time I sat down. The support meant I did two hours on the slope without any pain. It was comfortable to wear and flexible enough / padded enough not to dig in. Probably most importantly it gave me confidence. I'd certainly recommend it.

Having 2 bad knees one already requiring a partial replacement i have one support which i find of great benefit. only having one now makes me aware how vulnerable my other knee is when wearing it.
