Have used this on a couple of rugby players now who have indicated that they were suffering from bruised, stiff muscles. Have used on the shoulders, thigh and calf areas - worked well and allowed for a decent muscle massage without having to do any deep muscle massage. They stated it help ease the stiff feeling and were able to mobilise better during warm-up phase without undertaking this "cold" so to speak. They stated it worked for them, again I go on what the player's have told me...
