Used on rugby player post match who had previous bruising from kick-boxing session - the oil was absorbed easily and allowed the muscles to warm-up with a nice aromatic essential oils smell. He stated that it seemed to help him and helped ease the tight/bruised muscles, so can only go on what the person states..
