I am recovering from a severe ankle break and sprain.
Ligaments and soft tissue damage was so extensive that l have been only able to excercise the ankle properly whilst in a swimming pool.
Problem was l didn't feel comfortable to swim without an ankle support, so this has been the perfect answer. I have found my recovery rate since using it daily whilst excercising in the pool much improved.
I fully recommend it to those of you who are doing any water related physio to speed recovery.
