I was training for a half marathon and encountered some problems with my knee. This knee brace offers amazing support and after months out of training with knee pain it got me back on track. I actually ran the half marathon wearing the knee support without any problems so can definitely be worn for long periods of time. It does take a bit of getting used to and it has to be positioned correctly for maximum comfort, but once this is achieved it really does the job!

I have now worn this strap for running, cycling and zumba. It does what it says, gives you stability and support around the knee and is flexible enough to carry on with activities. It has certainly helped reduce the pain level in my knee and allowed me to carry on with my running. I would recommend this knee strap. Gets a 5 star rating from me.

Good support, can be worn for long periods of time. It has however taken a little time to become accustomed to running in it. Suggest walking in it first.
