A contoured layer of lightweight polyurethane is bonded to closed-cell nitrogen-injected Spenco material to provide outstanding cushioning and foot stability.

The patented Spenco PolySorb material is located at the heel - the area of maximum heel strike during running activities. The Spenco material provides excellent shock absorption that can prevent heel pain and shin pain that is associated with shin splints. Research has shown that heel pain and foot pain, such as Plantar Fasciitis can be prevented if supporting footwear and effective insoles are used.
