What are Spenco Full Length Arch Cushion Insoles?
Replacement soft cushion insoles with to support the arch of the foot. They provide less support than Spenco® Orthotic Arch Supports.
When can I use them?
- To replace existing insoles when arch support is needed
- For the treatment and prevention of heel pain, shin pain, knee pain and back pain.
Which size do I need?
Sizes correspond to shoe sizes as follows:
- X-Small (UK 4-5)
- Small (UK 5-6)
- Medium(UK 7-8)
- Large(UK 9-10)
- X-Large(UK 11-12)
- XX-Large(UK 13-14)
How do they work?
These replacement insoles are made from the same cushioning material as Spenco® Standard Insoles, but have a soft arch cushion for extra comfort and support for the arch of the foot.
Increased pronation of the foot (uncontrolled lowering of the arch) is a cause of many running injuries, such as IlioTibial Band Friction Syndrome (Runner's Knee), Shin Splints, Achilles Tendonitis and Plantar Fasciitis.
Increased pronation can lead to tightness in the Achilles Tendon and Achilles Tendonitis; and recent research has suggested that a tight Achilles Tendon can increase strain on the Plantar Fascia, causing painful inflammation and heel pain known as Plantar Fasciitis. Spenco Full Length Arch Cushion Insoles can help to prevent this.
Spenco® Arch Supports can also be very helpful in cases of Shin Splints and shin pain. The amount of stress being placed on the shins can be minimised by correcting problems such as flat feet and fallen arches with arch supports.

Brilliant support and cushioning. After suffering with Plantar facciitis & Mortons nueroma for 3 years, I have coped with uncomfortable made to measure podietrist prescribed orthotics while these insoles although not a cure have helped more than any of the others I have tried, they do not make your feet sweat either.
I am now returning for another pair to use in some of my other shoes.

I have several different orthotic insoles for different shoes and levels of activity. I am a dog walker and can spend a minimum of 3 hours a day in my wellies. These insoles are so comfortable, I don't want to take my wellies off! They are very soft and cushioned, and give 5 star comfort.
