What are Spenco Cross Trainer Insoles?

The patented Spenco material is located at the heel and the forefoot - the areas of maximum foot contact during activities such as aerobics, raquet sports, soccer and basketball. The Spenco material provides excellent shock absorption that can prevent pain in the bottom of the foot, heel pain and shin pain that is associated with shin splints. Research has shown that heel pain and foot pain, such as Plantar Fasciitis can be prevented if supporting footwear and effective insoles are used.
