Unfolded, the Sirex Monica Mat is 190cm x 60cm wide and 1cm thick. Once folded it becomes an incredible 60cm x 30cm.
How it Works
The Sirex Monica Mat is a sensible mid range product, between cheap yoga mats and more overly expensive Gaiam yoga mats. These high quality exercise mats are warm to the touch for added comfort, making them ideal for performing floor exercises.
The clever feature of the Sirex Monica Mat is that it has six folds that allow it to be folded easily, which means that it’s the ideal gym mat where storing bulky equipment is not desirable.
When to use it
Typical uses include Yoga mat work, Pilates mat work, stretching and flexibility exercises, core stability and core strength exercises. Also suitable for home rehab exercises following sports injury and back pain. The fold away feature makes it ideal where storage space is limited or in situations where you have to take your own mat to the exercise class.
