Description
This 6.5cm ball is made of solid rubber and produces crazy, unpredictable bounces.
When to use it
Perfect for improving hand eye and feet co-ordination.
Common Conditions
Late stage rehab of all injuries and for general agility and reaction training.
How it Works
Great for improving reactions to an unpredictable external stimulus. The coach or training partner drops the Reaction ball to the ground and the athlete must react quickly to catch the ball before it bounces again.
