How does it work?
The ProCare Maternity Belt provides support for the lower back and Sacro Iliac joint (SI joint), as well as the 'bump'. “just what I needed”

After suffering back problems with previous labour I decided to try this with this pregnancy and it seems to be doing the job, speedy delivery too.

I am almost 6 months pregnant and have continued to run throughout my pregnancy. The last few weeks I've found it has got a bit uncomfortable so wondered if this would help. In short, it has. Just been out running, no round ligament or back pain! Only issue is that some of the velcro sticks out and rubs on my bump a little. But that's still less painful than before!
