What is the ProCare Adams Collar?
Semi rigid neck collar for the treatment of neck pain, whiplash and neck muscle spasm.
When can I use it?
To relieve the symptoms whiplash, neck pain and neck stiffness.
Which size do I need?
Measure around the neck.
- Small 27-34cm (10.5-13.5")
- Medium 31-38cm (12-15")
- Large 35-43cm (14-16.5")
How does it work?
The ProCare Adams Collar contains mouldable polystyrene beads inside a 100% cotton stockinette for maximum comfort. It fastens at the back with Velcro. The polystyrene beads provide semi rigid support, but allow the collar to conform to the individual anatomy of the neck for the most comfortable fit.
Together with physiotherapy treatment, semi rigid collars are effective in relieving neck pain and neck muscle spasm because they support the weight of the head and allow the neck to relax.
The Pro Care Adams Collar can be machine washed and will dry quickly for continued comfort and hygiene.

The product is easy to put on and is very comfortable in use. It is worn for a couple of hours each day whilst I am working at my computer and I find that it corrects my neck/upper spine posture. I have noticed a good improvement in neck/shoulder muscle pains.

I bought the ProCare Adams Collar having been diagnosed with severe torticollis and must admit that it provided almost instant relief and fantastic support. It's fantastic value for money considering the effect it has had on relieving my symptoms and much cheaper than many of the alternative collars on the market. It's just dissapointing that i wasn't supplied such an item by the hospital even though it was reccommended that i wear a supportive collar. Overall a fantastic product and excellent service from PhysioRoom. Highly reccommended.
“beads leaked out on 1st wear - told i must have a faulty one”

although the neck support gave the support i needed and was amzing to start with .... as i wearing it i noticed loads on small beads all over my chest and shoulders. I thought there must be a hole in it but checked and there isn't my husband then shook the neck collar when i took it off incase it was just a bit of excess packaging etc and it just looked like it was snowing in doors. physio room has said they will send me another one as i must have had a faulty one . If this was the case then i will change my score on this item as it was perfect untill it became half empty.... and remember they are machine washable.... well i am glad i didn't put that one in the machine LOL
