Description
A versatile, mouldable gel packs that can be used as either a therapeutic cold pack or hot pack where the treatment area is large.

How it Works
The soft gel in the pack conducts heat or cold. Simply cool in a refrigerator or freezer and it will stay cold, or warm in hot water (or microwave oven) in order to use it as a hot pack.
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions.
When to use it
Ice packs should be used during the early days following injury to help minimise bleeding and swelling in the tissues.
Following this early, acutely painful phase, hot packs can help the healing process by increasing local blood flow and promoting relaxation.
Common Conditions
All injuries from bumps and bruises to sprains and strains. The large size is ideal for bruises and injuries to larger areas, such as the thighs, hamstrings, back, knees and shoulders.

The hot/cold pack measures approximately 25cm x 17cm (10" x 7").
