Having different strength bands means you can work out different areas of the body that need different resistance levels, for example arm workouts using a lower resistance compared to legs workouts, so you can really feel the difference each time, you use them. I currently don't use the extra strong but I will once I feel I need to up the resistance.

I am so impressed with these bands. They are so useful, and suprisingly versatile considering they are big elastic bands. An absolute must for hip and glute activation, they add an extra dimension to functional training.
