Essential for cutting tapes and bandages and for emergency situations where clothing may have to be cut off.

Powder Free Vinyl Gloves
For the protection of the firstaider where blood or body fluids are present.

Instant Ice Packs
Easily stored and transported. These are activated by squeezing firmly on one corner. The chemical reaction provides up to 15 minutes of coldness - Ideal for those situations where there is no access to a conventional ice pack. Cold therapy is an essential feature of soft tissue injury treatment. The application of cold relieves pain, reduces bleeding and slows secondary cell damage.

PhysioRoom.com Trainers Tape
13.5m rolls of 3.8cm and 5cm width Zinc Oxide Trainer's Tape developed by sports medicine experts. Its high strength makes it ideal for ankle, knee, shoulder and wrist tape jobs.

Non Woven Triangular Bandages
Ultra versatile. Large triangular bandage made from muslin cloth. Can be used to bandage areas from head to toe. Essential for use as a sling for shoulder injuries and several can be used to immobilise the lower limb in suspected fractures.

Sterile Gauze Swabs (10cm x 10cm)
Polyester/Rayon non-woven pads for unbeatable absorption. Ideal for stemming bleeding wounds and dressing cuts, scrapes and grazes.

Crepe bandage (7.5cm x 4.5m)
High quality cotton crepe bandage. Conforms easily to the body to provide support to the injured part. Each bandage is approximately 4.5m long when rolled out. Perfect for 'Robert Jones' pressure supports or for 'Figure 8' bandages in the treatment of Collar Bone fractures.

Wound Wash Solution (20ml)
A sterile solution of water and Sodium Chloride in a small plastic container. Simply snap the end off and squirt the sterile solution where needed. Ideal for washing out cuts and grazes before dressing them.

1 x Deep Freeze Spray
Deep Freeze cold spray is a fast acting spray that cools the area to help kill pain instantly. It's ideal for fast pain relief for injuries on the field.

1 x Resuscitation Face Mask
Essential kit that allows hygienic resuscitation. To be placed over the casualty's mouth prior to rescue breaths during CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation).

1 x Emergency Foil Blanket
Essential for keeping casualties warm.

1 x Vaseline Petroleum Jelly (50g)
Vaseline is derived from petroleum products and has many health related uses. It can seal chapped lips or dry skin and moisturize the skin. It can also relieve other irritations, such as chafing during running. It is also ideal to provide a barrier seal for wounds until they can be cleaned thoroughly after the activity is over.

1 x Fabric Dressing Strip (7.5cm x 1m)
Adhesive plaster strip that can be cut to the desired size. Perfect for cuts and grazes.

12 x Safety Pins
Extremely useful for the treatment of shoulder injuries and dislocations, where the shirt can be pinned to immobilise the affected joint.
