What is PhysioRoom.com Kinesiology Tape Yellow?
Super thin, highly elastic therapeutic tape that provides support and compression for sports injuries, muscular tension and joint distortions.
When can I use it?
- To support muscles during sports activities
- To address muscular tension
- To assist lymphatic drainage
- To activate the endogenous analgesic systems
- To correct joint problems
How is it applied?
- Skin needs to be free of oil, sweat, lotion or water prior to applying the tape.
- Apply the tape one hour prior to sports activity or showering - this allows the glue to adhere fully.
- Try to avoid over-stretching the tape during application to avoid skin irritation.
- Reaction to the tape is rare, but new users, or users with sensitive skin, should look for signs of irritation.
- After application, the tape should be rubbed to activate the heat sensitive glue. NB Do not use a hairdryer to activate the glue.
- Kinesiology style tape is designed to be worn for 3-5 days.
An hour after application it will withstand athletic activity and showering without coming off.

“Excellent product”

Purchased this to see if it helps with achillies issues. Half the price of items found elsewhere and delivered in 2 days. Initial findings is it works well, seems to reduce issues I've had with this injury - sticks brilliantly and thanks to the banter at the rugby club matches our club kit so its been pointed out.

Used this tape after Kinesiotape @ £12 a roll worked just the same for a fraction of the price. Followed YouTube instructions for knee taping for my husband, instant relief he can't believe the improvement. Tape stays put for days. Great buy.

I bought this after a friend told me about it. I play table tennis and sometimes suffer from jumpers knee, after watching the video on how to apply, results were excellent so much so that I now use the tape as a preventative when doing any exercise.

I have been using Kinesiology taping methods to cure a number of muscle/joint issues that I suffer from. I recently ran out of tape and used the PhysioRoom for the first time. The price was much lower than other tapes and I was worried about the performance...I needn't have been. The tape gave good support and has excellent adhesive properties, I will definately buy from PhysioRoom again.
