What is PhysioRoom.com Kinesiology Tape Pink?
Super thin, highly elastic therapeutic tape that provides support and compression for sports injuries, muscular tension and joint distortions.
When can I use it?
- To support muscles during sports activities
- To address muscular tension
- To assist lymphatic drainage
- To activate the endogenous analgesic systems
- To correct joint problems
How is it applied?
- Skin needs to be free of oil, sweat, lotion or water prior to applying the tape.
- Apply the tape one hour prior to sports activity or showering - this allows the glue to adhere fully.
- Try to avoid over-stretching the tape during application to avoid skin irritation.
- Reaction to the tape is rare, but new users, or users with sensitive skin, should look for signs of irritation.
- After application, the tape should be rubbed to activate the heat sensitive glue. NB Do not use a hairdryer to activate the glue.
- Kinesiology style tape is designed to be worn for 3-5 days.
An hour after application it will withstand athletic activity and showering without coming off.

“shame there were no instructions”

I like the tape and the delivery was on time. My only criticism was that there was no instructions supplied, so I had to look on 'you tube' to see how to apply!!

This product is sold at a fair price and does the job it says. I found it easy to use and comfortable to wear and it lasted for a few days even getting it wet in the shower. One small grouse, be sure to really secure any overlapping edges or they roll back a bit and can't be restuck, ok when stuck properly initially. Would recommend.

PhysioRoom kinesiology tape is fab, does the job and stays on for days if you apply it properly. I have a very bad knee and am trying to hang on as long as I can before having a partial knee replacment, this holds my knee stable allowing me to continue with an active lifestyle.

Decided that this product would be ideal for a shoulder injury that I got playing rugby, after plenty of research on kinesio tape it seemed perfect. YouTube shows plenty of "How to" videos and with a bit of help from a friend I had my shoulder taped up nicely. The tape gives so much support, when doing sport without it I would generally be in pain but with tape on I can do almost everything that I could do before the injury. Must buy !!!!
