How does it work?
Instant Ice Packs are activated by squeezing an internal compartment within the pack. This starts a chemical reaction that instantly makes the pack cold. The Instant Ice Pack stays cold for 15 to 20 minutes, making it ideal for the early treatment of sports injuries.

Thank-you for your speedy customer service, from placing the order to delivery. The ice packs are used by an u/14 rugby team when the knocks take their toll. They swear by their recovery powers, I have to take their word for that. In my day it was a sponge and cold water. Thank you once again for your prompt service.

I have used the instant ice packs for the last few years. I play ladies field hockey and also physio for several mens football teams. The immediate use of these packs has minimised injury and bruising. They are convenient to use with no fuss, and having them in my pitchside first aid bag is a must!
