I cannot stress how much this product has helped me with my recovery from injury and would highly recommend it to others. Last year I became an extremely keen runner and would run 5 miles each night without fail. Such rapid exertion after little or no running previously meant I kept picking up injuries. A referral to the physio and 2 months without running later I was told I may be suffering from ITB.I was given exercises and told to buy a roller. While the exercises helped, the problem presided. And although I was sceptical as to whether the roller would work, I decided eventually to invest.
1-2 months work at the gym and regular exercise with my roller and my problem (touch wood) seems to be going away. If anyone is suffering with similar issues I would have no hesitation with recommending this roller. Whilst the paint is excruciating performing the exercises being able to run again means that it’s worthwhile!
