this product keeps you tight but also gives you room to move freely and avoid further injury to my shoulder whilst ,in my case,playing rugby league and also physical work

bought this support to wear initially for starting light cardio work again (gentle treadmill running and static cycling) once my shoulder was strong enough to hold following a complicated posterier dislocation that caused a lot of muscle and tendon damage. the fitting was dreadfull. while i admit that i can be a strange fit due to upper body muscle, the whole shape was wrong. the idea of adjusting the velcro is great and certainly sold it to me but beware if you're thinking the same or you to will feel the ridiculous discomfort aswell - especially around the arms and armpits. as soon as it is snug across the chest it immediately comes off your shoulders and creates a huge gap around the neck.
the dry suit i bought off ebay and cut down has kept the heat on my muscles much better and has also given 100% more support and confidence in movement.
PS, this is the first time i've ever felt compelled to complain in a review about something that i've chosen
