I bought two pairs last year and have over 250 games in them. The pants keep the muscles warm as advertised and I have had no pulled muscles. I would recommend them to anyone that plays any sports that could possible cause a pulled muscle. Plan on order two more pairs.

Bought these for my son after he suffered a groin injury. Bought youth size, back in October 2012, although they probably should have been tighter on him as he is on the skinny size, they still did the job, as soon as he started to wear them it made a difference and he was able to return to playing football immediately. So far no recurrence of the injury. Excellent buy.

Thought I would have to give up golf which would have killed me I kid you not, slept one night with the shorts on then wore them to golf ( got to get more pairs ) 1st time in 12 months no hip or thigh and leg pain have spent quite a bit on physio sessions no more (fingers crossed) will keep you updated.

Bought these for my son who was having Gilmores groin operation. he is waist 32ins, but the medium size was too big for him. They are very thick shorts and may well have been ok if they had fitted.
“Piriformis Injury”

Having had physio before Christmas for a Piriformis injury (muscle near the pelvis); even after two sessions, I was still having problems with day-to-day soreness. It's a difficult area to treat so I bought these compression shorts. I've been wearing them every night to bed and getting around 8 hours of heat to the area. I have to say, they've done wonders so far. I no longer have the day-to-day soreness & am even (gradually) building up my exercise in the hope that I can start running again with no problems.
The shorts are quite thick & retain a lot of heat. I can't imagine using them whilst exercising as they would end up soaking in sweat I'm sure. Even waking up in the mornings, my hips are a little sweaty from the heat that has built up in the area. They are comfortable though & not so tight that they affect my circulation.
At first I ordered a Medium size, but I had to change this to Small. I have a 33 inch waist & 23 inch thigh. The Small size fits perfectly. If you are of medium build, I suggest the small as there's quite a bit of give in the elasticated waist - & the whole idea is that they should compress the area to keep in heat.
Definitely recommend for Piriformis Injuries.

I have only had them 4 days but what a superb difference they make. Much better than fiddly, uncomfortable bandages and they keep the muscles warm and supple. They've also brought the bruising out of my recent injury, much to my relief which has made things much easier for me. I've been able to increase my daily walking mileage substantially and now look forwards to going out. I would certainly buy a replacement pair when these are worn out, if they ever wear out as the quality is excellent and they are comfortable to wear.
