I would highly recommend this product to anyone who would like to have a nice toned body..So easy to use..So comfortable while swimming..and last but not least, Very effective.. The ankle/wrist weight band, itself is very nicely made, the quality is excellent...compact & sturdy ....No matter how tight or loose, you choose your Velcro to be & no matter how fast or slow, you choose to swim, the Velcro will always stay put. You may think that 1pound in weight is too light! but, it's not.. 1 pound in weight is quite light, if you are using the gym.. However, in my view, in the water, it's sufficient... Hope I convinced you to buy a pair! Lol Trust me, you would not be disappointed.
