What are Noene 4mm Shock Absorbing Insoles?
Double thickness 4mm shock absorbing insoles for users who require extra cushioning. Excellent 36 month life expectancy. Can be hand washed with mild detergent. Lined with Cambrelle, which is a germ resistant material that is flexible but does not stretch. Absorbs up to twice its own weight in sweat. Can be trimmed to size.
When can I use them?
Noene 4mm insoles are recommended for people weighing over 90kg or where the user may require additional cushioning. Designed to be worn under the current insoles in all kinds of sports footwear. Also perfect for adding cushioning and dispersing shock in standard issue police/military footwear.

I've got knee problems due to impact and although i don't weight the 90kg these are designed for, I went for them and they've worked really well - so far the knee injury hasn't come back to haunt me during 6-8 mile runs. Will keep updated when i've done the longer 18 mile runs.
