What are Noene 4mm Shock Absorbing Insoles?
Double thickness 4mm shock absorbing insoles for users who require extra cushioning. Excellent 36 month life expectancy. Can be hand washed with mild detergent. Lined with Cambrelle, which is a germ resistant material that is flexible but does not stretch. Absorbs up to twice its own weight in sweat. Can be trimmed to size.
Note: Suited for all sports and activities, for users over 95 kg
When can I use them?
Noene 4mm insoles are recommended for people weighing over 95kg or where the user may require additional cushioning. Designed to be worn under the current insoles in all kinds of sports footwear. Also perfect for adding cushioning and dispersing shock in standard issue police/military footwear.

I have a pair of Adidas Samba, for indoor football and wear the insole to reduce the gym impact on the joints. I also play outdoor football and wear Nike Tiempo with the Insole for the same reason. I bought a pair when I was 40 years old and here I am at 43 still wearing the same insole!! I recommend these highly to anyone who enjoys their football and looking to prolong their game. Feel great and whilst they replace the Nike insole I actually wear them on top of the adidias insole. Since buying these insoles I have felt no impact on the joints and do exactly what it says!! I'm looking to buy another set but only because theres a hole in them due to wear and tear not because the insole has stopped protecting! One word, brilliant!! and well worth every penny. Don't look anywhere else and take the pain out your game by buying today!

Excellent product - really does make a big difference on the joints. Highly recommended for anyone doing long runs or running on hard surfaces.
Another personal observation is that this product also extends the life of my trainers (reduces wear on the mid-soles).
I bought a set of the 4mm for a friend of mine running the marathon and he told it really reduces his after training joint aches.

I've got knee problems due to impact and although i don't weight the 90kg these are designed for, I went for them and they've worked really well - so far the knee injury hasn't come back to haunt me during 6-8 mile runs. Will keep updated when i've done the longer 18 mile runs.
