The open knee support features adjustable twin-geared hinges and extension stops, each of which has four settings that can be adjusted for the best possible fit and movement between 0ï¿½-110ï¿½ - this reduces over-strain of the muscles, tendons and ligaments involved in flexing and extending the knee joint.
