How it Works
Nathan have been developing products for runners for over twenty years. The Nathan X-Trainer Plus is more than just a water bottle carrier. They have produced the perfect high performance running bottle, nutrition flask and carrier, with design features that will improve your running performance and safety.
Nathan X-Trainer Plus features a lightweight waist pack with an exclusive XTS Cradle, which wraps snugly to the contours of the body and holds the bottle and nutrition flask securely. The limited stretch belt is comfortable, secure and breathable due to the moisture wicking mesh design.
The X-Trainer Plus has 3M Scotchlite reflective piping for increased visibility and the waist pack also has two expandable zipped pockets for carrying small essentials. The Shock Cord one pull tension lock can be used to secure a jacket in place.
The 22oz (0.62 litre) polyethylene bottle and nutrition flask are designed to be squeezed so you can control the flow of liquid, and a textured surface to reduce the likelihood of dropping the bottle or nutrition flask.
The bottle also features the patent pending QuickClip finger loop for easy grabbing and attachment to backpacks and belts. The bottle can also fit into a standard cycling bottle holder.
The nutrition flask has a capacity of 5oz (160ml) which is ideal for a 100g portion of an energy gel that can provide essential carbohydrate replacement during intense physical exercise.
When to use it
To provide a non-restricting source of hydration and carbohydrate replacement during running and cycling. Ideal for use where there is road traffic.

Fits 26" to 42" waists.
