What is the Mueller Reusable Cold/Hot Therapy Wrap (Large)?

Durable fabric wrap with Velcro to keep an ice pack or heat pack comfortably in place. Supplied complete with one 15cm x 22.5cm (6" x 9") reusable Hot/Cold pack.

When can I use it?

All injuries from bumps and bruises to sprains and strains.

This great value product is ideal for the shoulder, knee, back, thigh, hamstring; and can be used again and again.

Use it as an ice pack during the early stages following injury to help minimise pain, bleeding and swelling in the tissues.

Use it as a heat pack later to help the healing process by increasing local blood flow and promote relaxation.

Size

The hot/cold pack measures approximately 15cm x 22.5cm (6" x 9").

How does it work?

The soft gel in the Hot/Cold pack conducts heat or cold. Simply cool in a refrigerator or freezer and it will stay cold, or warm in hot water (or microwave oven) in order to use it as a hot pack. The Hot/Cold pack fits into a pouch within the wrap and the whole thing secures comfortably around the injured area with Velcro fastening. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions.
