What is the Mueller Pro Style Hinged Knee Brace (deluxe)?

A popular choice for the rehabilitation of ACL and other severe knee ligament injuries. It has metal hinges and adjustable stops for either complete immobilisation, or to limit the knee joint to 3 different ranges of knee bend.

How does it work?

This brace fits up to 71cm (28") thighs. The patented Tri-Axial hinged design allows normal knee movement, which makes the Mueller Pro Style Hinged Knee Brace (Deluxe) a great choice for functional rehabilitation and return to play. The brace includes a lock out option for complete immobilisation and adjustable extension stops for limited range of knee motion up to 30 degrees of knee flexion. This is particularly beneficial for injuries that can be aggravated during knee extension movements.

When can I use it?

• Ideal for instability of the knee following partial or complete tears, or surgery to all knee ligaments.
• Ideal for use following a meniscus (Cartilage) injury.

Which size do I need?

Measure 18cm (7") above and below the centre of the knee. If measurements indicate two different sizes, then choose the larger size.

• Small:
  Thigh 43-46cm (17-18"), Calf 33-36cm (13-14")
• Medium:
  Thigh 48-51cm (19-20"), Calf 36-38cm (14-15")
• Large:
  Thigh 53-56cm (21-22"), Calf 38-41cm (15-16")
• X-Large:
  Thigh 58-62cm (23-24"), Calf 41-43cm (16-17")
• XX-Large:
  Thigh 63-67cm (25-26"), Calf 43-46cm (17-18")
