What is the Mueller Ice Bag?
A reusable, fabric ice bag that can be filled with ice cubes, crushed ice or ice water.
When can I use it?
Ice packs should be used during the early stages following injury to help minimise pain and swelling.
Ideal for use with all injuries from bumps and bruises to sprains and strains. This 22.5cm (9") bag is ideal for applying to most body parts including the shoulder, elbow, hip, lower back, thigh, knee, calf and ankle.

How does it work?
Unscrew the cap, fill the bag with ice cubes or crushed ice. Dampen the fabric bag in cold water and the ice bag is applied to the injured area. The cold from the contents of the ice bag provides a therapeutic cooling effect that helps to minimise pain and swelling.
