What is the Mueller ITB Strap?
Lightweight strap that helps relieve pain on the outer side of the knee associated with Ilio Tibial Band (ITB) syndrome.
When can I use it?
- Perfect for the relief of symptoms of mild to moderate Ilio Tibial Band Friction Syndrome (Runners Knee).
- Can be used in all sports, not just running.
Which size do I need?
Fits left or right knee.

How does it work?
The Mueller ITB Strap is a firm support that is lined with supportive textured neoprene to prevent slipping, increase air flow and improve moisture management. It works by providing a compressive force above the knee cap, which provides restraint to the knee cap and surrounding structures, improving the posture of the knee cap.
By correcting knee cap posture the Mueller ITB Strap relieves strain on the Ilio Tibial Band and this reduces the friction that causes Runners Knee pain during running activities.

“Needing to find the correct placement on knee to help”

Tried to run with knee strap and still hurt in the same area. Just hope its simply a matter of finding a correct place on the knee
