What is the Mueller Hinged Wraparound Knee Brace (extra lite)?
Superb value wraparound design knee brace with metal hinges and adjustable Velcro straps for a custom fit. Protects the knee following Ligament sprains, Cartilage tears and mild arthritis.
When can I use it?
- To relieve knee pain.
- To protect the Medial (MCL) (Inside) and Lateral (LCL) (Outside) collateral knee ligaments.
- Following a Cartilage injury or when there is mild Arthritis in the knee.
Which size do I need?
Measure around centre of the knee. If measurements indicate two different sizes, then choose the larger size.

- Large 41-51cm (16-20")
- X-Large 51-60cm (20-24")
How does it work?
The nylon lining and Velcro fasteners provide support and warmth to the joint, while the hinged design increases the stability of the joint. The increased stability and support improves your sensory feedback - making the joint feel more stable and reducing the sensation that the knee will 'give way'. The warmth provided by this support is also therapeutic and helps to relieve knee pain.
The wraparound design makes it easy to put on and take off when you have knee Arthritis or knee pain.

“Great brace good value”

Have been using an ossur hinged brace for a few years after serious acl issues. Felt that it was time to start looking to compete without the brace and bought this as a step down to get he knee less to slightly less upport. fells good and as the only brace iwhtout a back it doesn't wrinkle behind the knee which is great.

I found this quite helpful. It's quite restrictive so you don't have full knee movement. But that was what I needed as bending my knee to the extreme was a problem so this reminded me of
my limitation.
The size of the one I got was larger than what I needed. As a result the Velcro rubbed off my leg.
I found that sometimes it spun around slightly. Despite all of these I found it very good quality and helpful for my injury.

Knee feels well supported when wearing this knee brace and I have been able to resume hill walking with confidence after recent surgery to repair a torn cartilage and other damage to soft tissue around the knee. It is comfortable and does not feel too bulky. Product is well constructed and the metal hinges can be easily removed for washing.

bought this for my son whilst he is awaiting consultation and treament for a knee cartilage tear. wearing the brace is making it possible for him to get around without the worry of his leg giving way and has enabled him to keep working - without it he would find it difficult to say the least! he finds the brace easy to put on and comfortable to wear.

I have the Mueller Hinged Wraparound Knee Brace (extra lite)
for a month now. Since I started to ware it, it has given my knee great support, so easy to wrap around the knee and comfortable, with the metal hinges I find them great for added protection. I certainly would recommend this product especially if you are recovering from any sort of knee injury.

I have used this brace in all three options and I am very happy that it holds my knee in place. I am currently waiting for diagnosis of a meniscus tear caused by psuedo gout arthritis but this brace provides me with a mobility that I would otherwise have and respect to continue with my life!

I have arthritis following cartilage removal (many years ago) and am awaiting a Partial Knee Replacement.
