“Don't hinder movement in ju jitsu”

I bought these for a sore hip from ju jitsu. The padding gives me a little extra protection when being thrown. They feel a little stiff when putting them on but from then on they move with you without hindering movement. So not just for winter sports or goalkeeping, I'd recommend these for any sport when you're bouncing off the deck on a regular basis.
Worth noting that they're very stretchy. I wear 32" jeans and the small were fine for me.
