How does it work?
The McDavid Groin Strap is a fully adjustable neoprene wrap that goes around the thigh and fastens with Velcro. It can be positioned and adjusted to apply pressure to the groin region. This pressure reduces the amount of muscle force that can be generated from the groin muscles, which relieves the groin pain and groin stiffness symptoms of groin muscle and tendon problems (Adductor Tendinopathy), sports hernia and Gilmore's Groin.

I CAN WEAR THIS PRODUCT FOR A FULL WORKING DAY AND IT HELPS ENORMOUSLY: I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH A "GILMORE'S GROIN."

Just wrap it around your leg and it holds everything nice and tight. Will fit any size leg and you could even probably wrap it around to fit other parts of the body as well!
