What is the McDavid Ankle X?
Revolutionary sports ankle brace with a lightweight design to provide the highest level of ankle protection. Perfect for a chronically unstable or recurrent sprained ankle.
How does it work?
This rigid ankle brace is moulded around the heel and has hinges on either side of the ankle which allow forward and backward foot movement, but totally prevent rocking the ankle over to the side. The ankle sits comfortably in a high quality neoprene sleeve and the whole brace can be custom tightened using a Velcro™ strap.
When can I use it?

Which size do I need?
Measure around shin just above the ankle and match with UK shoe size.
- Small/Medium 18.5-26cm (7 - 10"): Size 6-9 shoe size.
- Large/X-Large 23-34cm (9 - 13"): Size 9-14 show size.

We hold stock of all products at our Warehouse facility in Lancashire, UK (except for items indicated as direct from manufacturer). Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day.
