What is the Mallet Finger Splint?

Plastic splint with ventilation holes for the treatment and protection of hyperflexion (over bending) finger injuries.

When can I use it?

Following Hyperflexion injuries (bent finger back) such as Mallet finger.

Which size do I need?

Measure around the finger, at the joint nearest the finger tip.

• Small 4.5-5cm (1.75-2")
• Small/Medium 5-5.5cm (2-2.2")
• Medium 6-6.5cm (2.3-2.6")
• Medium/Large 7-7.5cm (2.75-3")
• Large/X-Large 7.5-8cm (3-3.2)
• X-Large 8-8.5cm (3.2-3.4")

How does it work?

Splint keeps the Distal Interphalangeal joint (DIP joint) in approximately 10 degrees of hyperextension, to allow optimal finger healing.
