Description
Extra firm squeezable balls for strengthening the hand and wrist. Colour coded according to level of resistance.
How it Works
Following injury to the wrist, elbow or shoulder it is common for the muscles of the upper limb to waste due to disuse. Hand Therapy Balls can help maintain muscle function during the early stages and improve muscle function and resolve swelling during the later stages of an upper limb injury.
The level of exercise can be graded depending on the resistance of the Hand therapy Ball. These are colour coded to indicate the level of resistance. Simply start witht the easiest and work your way up as you get stronger.
When to use it
Ideal for hand, finger and forearm exercises and help to strengthen grip, increase dexterity and mobility, while improving fine and gross

Dislocated shoulder
AcromioClavicular (AC) joint injuries
