Pack includes one 4cm yellow ball and one 5cm red ball.
How do they work?
These small pliable vinyl balls can be squeezed and squashed and will spring back into shape. They are ideal for finger and grip strengthening and for improving dexterity following injury to the fingers, hand and wrist. They can also be used to maintain hand function following arm, elbow and shoulder injury and immobilisation.
